M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Tech/M.Tech/ B.E (Chemical/Polymer/Paint Technology or equivalent)

Job Description
Knowledge of chemistries, physics and polymers.
Paint calculations.
Raw materials testing and screening processes.
Color development.
Excellent verbal and writing communications.
Technical reports writing and presentation.
Researching current technologies, techniques, and applications.
Handling multiple projects and customer needs.
Interpreting and applying department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Working with internal and external management and customers.
PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applicable applications.
Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.

Required Skills





Performs a wide variety of projects requiring comprehensive understanding of chemistries and technologies; assists with developing and implementing new methods. Understanding project objectives, outline tasks, deliver, present results and other related activities. Reviews and develops reports and documents detailing project processes, results, and conclusions and leads or performs additional research when required. Interprets and applies department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations; ensures compliance with these areas. Color matching, current technology screening, and related projects with other divisions, departments, or groups. Based on the training provided should be able to operate and calibrates equipment that requires qualified judgment and background. Should be able to perform projects with minimum assistance and completes as per the committed timelines. Root cause analysis. Performs duties as assigned
