A Chinese Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine while maintaining food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Prepare and portion ingredients before cooking.
Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste and presentation.
Operate kitchen equipment such as woks, burners, fryers, and steamers.
Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Check the freshness and quality of ingredients.
Manage cooking time and ensure orders are prepared promptly.
Control food wastage and portion sizes.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff and service teams.
Help develop current Chinese dishes and menu items.
Maintain proper storage of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
