The GM/AVP Corporate Strategy & Planning will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's long-term strategic direction and driving enterprise-wide growth initiatives. The incumbent will partner closely with the Board members, GCFO, and senior leadership to formulate corporate strategy, evaluate recent business prospects, lead transformation programs, and support strategic decision-making through robust financial and commercial analysis. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, financial expertise, execution excellence, and solid stakeholder management to create sustainable shareholder value.

Preferred candidate profile
MBA in Finance and/or Strategy from a premier Tier-1 B-School. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Exposure to Board-level presentations, CXO stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision support.
Experience across diversified businesses, conglomerates, or multiple industry sectors is highly desirable.
Prior experience in large, multi-location, or regulated organizations healthcare/hospital sector experience is an advantage.
