Work Location: Road No. 5, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Eligibility & Experience
Graduate in any discipline
1+ year of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, Customer Service, Tele calling, Banking, Insurance, or Matrimonial Services
Candidates with experience in the matrimonial industry will have an added advantage
Experience with platforms such as Bharat Matrimony, Shaadi.com, or similar matrimonial organizations is preferred
Candidates currently residing in Hyderabad are preferred
Strong customer-handling and follow-up experience
Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets are preferred
Female candidates preferred; male candidates with relevant experience may also be considered
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain solid relationships with customers
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Make regular customer calls and follow-ups
Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details
Encourage existing customers to continue and upgrade their services
Generate referrals and contribute to business growth
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales
Good follow-up and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of social media
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Skilled, organized, and service-oriented attitude
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 18,000 – 30,000 per month
