Key Responsibilities
Design and develop business process management (BPM) solutions using Pega PRPC.
Develop case management applications, workflows, decisioning, and business rules.
Configure flows, UI sections, harnesses, activities, and integrations.
Work closely with Business Analysts and Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Implement reusable Pega components and frameworks.
Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, MQ, and external services.
Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution.
Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and development standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with QA teams during SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
Provide support during production releases and post-production activities.
