Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic MBA/PGDM candidates to join our Motor Insurance Agency Channel. The role offers an prospect to build a career in Sales, Business Development and Channel Management.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and on-board new insurance advisors/agents.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors and channel partners.
Drive Motor Insurance business and achieve monthly sales targets.
Activate and improve advisor productivity.
Conduct market visits and identify recent business opportunities.
Support advisors with product knowledge and sales processes.
Track business performance and maintain basic MIS.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals and servicing.





Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM freshers with a strong interest in Sales & Business Development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, solid learning ability and target-oriented approach.
Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel/undertake field visits.
Knowledge of the local Karnataka market will be an advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
