5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support.
Robust hands-on experience in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or Talent modules.
Good knowledge of HCM configuration, business processes, and workflows.
Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, and reporting.
Should have exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Valuable understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM architecture and security.
Robust communication and client-handling skills.
