We are seeking a results-driven Distribution Manager to lead and expand our nationwide channel partner network. The incumbent will be responsible for distributor onboarding, driving spec-in activities with HVAC and process consultants, managing Tier-1 automation clients, and guiding product engineering support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Distribution Network Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and appoint current distributors/channel partners nationwide to achieve maximum coverage.
Consultant & Specifier Engagement: Generate product specifications for Radix Building Automation Sensors, Digital Panel Meters, and Process Instruments with HVAC, BAS, and Pharma consultants.
Partner Enablement & Support:
Conduct product/technical training for channel partner sales teams and execute joint selling campaigns to help close deals.
Enterprise Accounts & Pricing: Establish strategic supplier contracts with Tier-1 HVAC and Process Automation companies while maintaining strict marketplace channel pricing policies.
Team Leadership: Direct and mentor assigned Product Engineers (Electronics, Temperature Sensors, Level/Pressure/Flow) to support partner enablement.
Sales Operations: Review Daily Visit Reports (DVR) and sales planners, tracking weekly funnels against annual targets.
