Role & responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement.
Manage performance appraisal and HR policies.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and employee advantages.
Ensure HR compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports for management
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
5+ years of relevant HR experience.
Robust communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
Valuable knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HRMS.
