Preferred candidate profile
12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
Minimum 12 years of experience in collections, loan recovery, or a related field is preferred.
Good communication and team management skills are required.
Candidates should be comfortable handling customer follow-ups and collection targets.
Basic computer and mobile knowledge is required.
Candidates must have a laptop and a secure internet connection for the work-from-home role.
