About the role

TezRecruit is hiring a Sales Manager for a specialised technology company providing RFID-enabled inventory management solutions for the jewellery industry.

Their solution helps jewellery businesses tag, track, audit and locate high-value inventory while improving stock visibility and reducing manual counting effort.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the pan-India market, engaging jewellery businesses, understanding their inventory-management challenges, presenting the solution and converting qualified opportunities into customers.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a pan-India B2B sales pipeline.
Identify jewellery retailers, chains, manufacturers and showroom groups as potential customers.
Conduct prospecting through direct outreach, referrals, networking, events and market research.
Engage business owners, promoters, senior management and operational decision-makers.




Understand inventory-management challenges and explain the business value of RFID.
Conduct discovery meetings, product presentations and demonstrations.
Prepare proposals and manage commercial discussions.
Handle follow-ups, negotiations and closures.
Manage an average deal value of approximately 5 lakh.
Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records.
Coordinate with internal teams for implementation and customer handover.
Requirements
35 years of B2B sales or consultative sales experience.
Experience in SaaS, ERP, POS, retail technology, business software, RFID, hardware-plus-software or related solutions is preferred.
Proven experience in recent-business development and closing.
Experience presenting products or solutions to business decision-makers.
Robust communication, discovery, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
Ability to work from office Monday to Friday and from home on Saturday.
Candidates based in Mumbai, Bengaluru or Ahmedabad are preferred.
