Opening: 1 | Experience: 5 to 7 years

Posting: Bambolim, North Goa project site / Kirti Nagar, Current Delhi Head Office, according to project requirements.

Project: Construction of Directorate Administrative Building & Staff Quarters, DGLL, Bambolim, North Goa.

Indicative CTC: Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month (Rs. 5.40 to 7.20 lakh per annum), subject to final offer.

Role and responsibilities
Prepare baseline programmes, activity schedules, resource plans, milestones and critical paths; monitor planned versus actual physical and financial progress.
Prepare S-curves, progress dashboards, DPR/MPR, monthly reports and management MIS.
Prepare detailed estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQ and rate analysis from architectural and structural drawings; coordinate MEP quantities.
Prepare and certify client RA bills; check and certify subcontractor bills; carry out quantity and material reconciliation.
Monitor budget versus actual cost, committed cost, cost-to-completion, variations, extra items and deviations.




Maintain records supporting extension of time (EOT), delay analysis, claims and contractual correspondence.
Prepare recovery programmes and assess the effect of delays on completion dates.

Candidate requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred. Diploma in Civil Engineering with solid relevant experience may be considered.
5 to 7 years in planning, estimation and billing on construction, EPC or infrastructure projects.
Advanced MS Excel is mandatory. Primavera P6 and/or MS Project exposure and ERP experience are advantages.
Government/PSU project experience and hands-on CPWD/PSU measurement and billing formats are preferred.
Combined planning and billing exposure on a single project is preferred.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready project records and correspondence.
Immediate joining to 30 days preferred.
