Job Description – Accounts & Finance Executive

Position: Accounts & Finance Executive
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or relevant qualification

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting, vendor payments, billing, reconciliations and financial documentation. The candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
Process and verify vendor invoices, bills and supporting documents.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare and maintain vendor/customer ledgers.
Perform bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
Support monthly billing and invoice verification.
Track vendor payments and outstanding balances.
Maintain expense records, vouchers and financial documentation.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related workings.




Support month-end closing and preparation of monthly financial/MIS reports.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice/payment-related queries.
Maintain proper records for audits and statutory requirements.
Support the Finance team in other accounting and reporting activities as required.

Preferred Candidate:
Valuable numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, proper documentation practices and the ability to independently manage routine accounting activities.
