Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities as per project requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and site workers.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor manpower, material availability, and daily work progress.
Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material records, and progress updates.
Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
Monitor workmanship and ensure required quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with the project/engineering team to resolve site-related issues.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and company/site safety procedures.
Identify delays, quality issues, or other site problems and report them to the concerned senior.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide daily progress updates to management.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the worksite.





Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of construction/site operations.
Ability to manage and coordinate site workers.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.
Basic knowledge of drawings, measurements, and construction materials.
Ability to prepare daily site reports and maintain records.
Problem-solving and time-management skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications will be an advantage.

Qualification
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
Relevant site supervision experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate
Solid leadership and manpower-handling ability.
Willingness to work at project/site locations.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site activities.
