Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for training students in IELTS preparation, improving their English language skills, and helping them achieve their desired band scores.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct IELTS training sessions for students at different proficiency levels.
Teach all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests.
Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct mock tests and monitor students’ progress.
Identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement.
Provide individual guidance and support to help students achieve their target band scores.
Maintain a positive and engaging classroom setting.
Stay updated on IELTS exam patterns, assessment criteria, and teaching methodologies.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Previous experience as an IELTS Trainer or English Language Trainer.
Strong knowledge of IELTS examination patterns and band descriptors.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Valuable command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Ability to train students of different learning levels.
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
Preferred
IELTS certification or relevant teaching certification.
Experience in IELTS preparation institutes or international education.
Previous experience achieving a high IELTS band score.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with strong English proficiency and relevant qualifications may also be considered.
Salary
As per industry standards and based on experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
