Key Responsibilities Tasks : Planning Coordination :
Meet with clients to understand event purpose, goals, and expectations
Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, entertainment, and suppliers
Secure event permits and licenses if required
Communication Liaison :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and event staff
Regularly communicate updates, expectations, and deadlines to stakeholders
Handle negotiations and agreements with third-party providers
Logistics Execution :
Oversee venue setup, d cor, technical equipment (AV, lighting, etc.)
Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and hospitality for guests or VIPs
Manage registration, guest lists, and seating arrangements
On-the-Day Event Management :
Supervise the event setup and ensure everything runs according to plan
Troubleshoot issues and respond to emergencies quickly and calmly
Manage event staff, volunteers, and vendors during the event




Budget Management :
Monitor event expenses and ensure costs stay within the agreed budget
Track invoices, payments, and receipts
Provide post-event financial reports
Post-Event Evaluation :
Collect feedback from clients, attendees, and team members
Analyze success metrics and prepare debrief reports
Make recommendations for future improvements
Marketing Promotion (if applicable) :
Plan and execute event marketing strategies (social media, email campaigns, etc.)
Design or manage promotional materials and event branding
Work with media or PR teams for event coverage
