Job Description :
To generate business by working on online and offline leads through tele call
The candidate should have valuable communication skills and should be adept at handling telecalls
He/she would also be expected to prepare sales proposals and send the same to the clients so a basic knowledge of MS Office would be expected
Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e g
product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with current products/services
Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items
Advises customers by providing information on products
Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions
Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records
Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards
Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
