Key Responsibilities
Robust knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
Familiarity with hypervisors (e.g., VMware, Azure).
Experience with profile management tools (e.g., Citrix Profile Management, FSLogix).
Having knowledge on tools like Citrix Director, Citrix Daas, and third-party monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, UberAgent) to monitor performance.
Apply updates and patches to Citrix components.
Having knowledge and experience on AppLayering and publish application using app layering.
Experience on deploying VDIs using MCS and other provisioning method
Positive-to-Have
Proven experience in administration and managing Citrix Desktop, Applications
Solid knowledge of Windows OS and registry settings.
Experience with Profile management and handling profile releated issues
Familiarity with Vmware, Azure and other Hypervisor tools
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
