Roles and Responsibility-
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to on boarding.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
Job Requirements-
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Robust knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
Age Criteria : Candidate should be 30 + yrs of age.
