Job Overview

IG Defence is looking for a highly capable and ambitious Management Trainee to CEO to work closely with the CEOs Office on strategic, business, and cross-functional assignments.

The role is ideal for a fresh graduate with solid analytical skills, communication abilities, ownership, curiosity, and learning agility.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct strategic research and market intelligence.
Perform industry, business, and competitor analysis.
Research defence, aerospace, technology, and emerging market trends.
Support strategic initiatives, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
Assist with special projects assigned by the CEO’s Office.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Prepare management reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Track programmes, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
Analyse data and information to support management decision-making.
Prepare briefing notes and decision-support documents.
Follow up with stakeholders and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Commerce, Finance, or related discipline.
MBA/PGDM will be an advantage.
