Role & responsibilities

API Pharma Industry Experience: Mandatory

Drive and control CAPEX accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Monitor CAPEX expenditure against approved budgets and business plans.
Ensure proper accounting, capitalization and documentation of capital projects.
Partner with Projects, Engineering, Procurement, Plant and Business Finance teams for effective CAPEX control.
Track project-wise expenditure, commitments, variances and cash flows.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and statutory requirements.
Provide management with timely MIS, analysis and insights on CAPEX investments.
Identify cost overruns, financial risks and prospects for cost optimization.
Travelling to Project locations, on need base, for development and maintenance projects

Preferred candidate profile

SAP experience (Must Asset accounting in SAP)
Knowledge of Key Ratios like Return on Investments, IRR, Pay Back Period
Personnel with knowledge of Market Technology, Supplier, Consultants, Contractors
