Application Support Engineer L2

Experience: 36 years
Job Type: Full time
3+ years of experience in application/production support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell commands.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience with application monitoring and log-analysis tools.
Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and system integrations.
Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
Knowledge of ITIL, incident management, change management, and SLA management.
Familiarity with deployment and version-control processes.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Valuable to Have
Experience with Tools
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
Basic scripting using Shell, Python, or PowerShell.

Shift Work- Rotational shift.
