Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project schedules, construction programmes, and milestone plans.
Develop and monitor project plans using relevant tools and softwares .
Track project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or potential risks.
Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules wherever required.
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, and Site teams for effective planning and execution.
Monitor critical activities and maintain the critical path of the project.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and presentations for management.
Conduct project reviews and highlight delays, bottlenecks, and corrective actions.
Monitor procurement and construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines.




Prepare cash flow forecasts and project progress projections, where required.
Maintain proper planning documentation and records.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Proficiency in relevant Project softwares
Valuable understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing of activities.
Experience in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.
Solid analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and presentation abilities.
