Key Responsibilities
Workflow Development: Create and modify custom core objects (Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, and Guides) using Remedy Developer Studio.
ITSM & CMDB: Configure and support on-premise Remedy ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Asset, and Service Request Management) and Atrium CMDB.
Integrations: Build and maintain data exchanges with external corporate systems using REST/SOAP API Web Services.
Troubleshooting: Analyze server logs (arerror.log, filter, and API logs) to debug workflow issues and optimize database performance
