- 1–8 years of experience in International B2B flight and hotel reservations.
Robust knowledge of international flight ticketing, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and related processes.
Hands-on experience with Galileo GDS is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of B2B/corporate travel operations and client servicing.
Robust client-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests with accuracy and within defined timelines.
