Function: Business Development / Technical Sales & Operations

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business prospects across key industries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide technical-commercial solutions.
Prepare and manage proposals, tenders and RFQs.
Drive opportunities from enquiry to order closure.
Coordinate with technical, costing and project teams.
Manage existing accounts and drive repeat business.
Support operations and project coordination from sales to execution.
Promote Process Safety & Industrial Safety services.

HAZOP
HAZID
SIL Assessment / Verification
LOPA
QRA
Safety Audit
Machine Audit / Warehouse Audit / Rack Inspection
Electrical Safety Audits
Process Safety Management Studies




Risk Assessment and Industrial Safety Consulting

Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Safety or related Engineering discipline.
6+ years of Business Development / Technical Sales experience.
Knowledge of Process Safety, Risk Assessment, Industrial Safety or EHS services.
Experience in techno-commercial proposals, tenders and RFQs.
Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills.
Ability to work with technical, engineering, costing and project teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
