Conducting Internal audit as per IATF 16949 for ensuring system compliance & Internal audit closure Updating
Monitoring Monthly KPI as per IATF or ISO Requirements and ensure action in case of lapses.
Conducting audit for 20 Basis guidelines and Ensuring 95% Compliance,
Conducting audit for 47 Best Practice and ensuring 95% Compliance.
Planning Conducting customer-based audit self-assessment.
Conducting customer oriented audit
