Position: Warehouse Officer

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, and dispatch.
Prepare and make GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries in Tally Prime.
Maintain and regularly update Material Inward & Outward Registers.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Update and maintain Google Sheets for warehouse-related data and records.
Perform routine documentation and data-entry activities using MS Office.
Coordinate with relevant departments for material movement and inventory requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and systematic storage of materials.




Support stock verification and reconciliation activities.
Follow company procedures and maintain proper records related to warehouse operations.

Tally Prime: Required
MS Office: Required
Google Sheets: Required
Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
Positive documentation and record-keeping skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Positive communication and coordination skills

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline with relevant knowledge/experience in warehouse operations preferred.

Freshers with valuable knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Office, and Google Sheets can also apply.
