Role Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer I to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. The role requires independent ownership of features, participation in code reviews, debugging, and contribution to technical design decisions within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain software features and applications.
Build and integrate REST APIs and work with SQL databases.
Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code.
Debug and resolve issues across development, QA, and production.
Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions.
Own assigned features/modules end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with QA and other engineering teams.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Java and JavaScript.
Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, Git, Docker,



and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Understanding of HTML/CSS and React/Angular or backend API development.
Familiarity with unit testing, JSON, NoSQL, and software design patterns.
Ability to work across at least two layers of the technology stack.
Experience using AI coding assistants responsibly is a plus.

Good to Have
Exposure to Microservices / Event-Driven Architecture.
Knowledge of Python, C#, or TypeScript.
Client-facing or consulting setting experience.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
