Title: Branch Relationship Officer (BRO)

Department: Retail Banking / Branch Banking
Reporting To: Branch Manager / Branch Operations Head

Role Purpose

To acquire recent customers, deepen existing customer relationships, promote banking products and services, and support branch business targets while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire current Savings Account and Current Account customers.
Generate leads and cross-sell banking products such as:
Personal Loans
Credit Cards
Insurance Products
Fixed Deposits
Investment Products
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers.
Meet assigned sales and business targets.
Conduct field visits and customer meetings for business generation.
Ensure timely customer onboarding and documentation.
Adhere to KYC, AML, and compliance guidelines.
Resolve customer queries and provide service support.




Coordinate with branch staff for smooth customer onboarding and servicing.
Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in banking, financial services, or sales is preferred.
Robust communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
