Telecaller / Sales Executive ROBOCRAFT
Main Responsibility
The Telecaller / Sales Executive will be responsible for calling current leads, understanding customer requirements, generating quotations, following up, and converting enquiries into sales for ROBOCRAFT’s e-Mobility products.
Key Responsibilities
Current Lead Calling
Call all current enquiries received through WhatsApp, website, phone, social media and other sources.
Contact new leads promptly and professionally.
Understand the customer's requirement, quantity, location and application.
Product Sales
Promote and sell:
Lithium-ion EV battery packs
Custom battery solutions
EV components and spare parts
Electric scooters
Explain product specific
