Role & responsibilities
Lead Management & Outbound Calling: Actively follow up on property leads provided by the company. Conduct outbound calls to pitch various recent project launches across Pune.
Client Advisory: Understand the specific financial budgets and property preferences of corporate and individual clients. Consultatively pitch ideal residential or commercial layout options.
Site Visits & Viewings: Schedule, manage, and conduct property site visits for potential buyers. Provide in-depth briefings regarding amenities, connectivity, structural specifications, and builder history.Deal
Closure & Negotiation: Coordinate directly with the developer's in-house closing/site managers to negotiate rates and close bookings successfully.
Market Intelligence: Maintain an active, updated knowledge of the Pune real estate market, upcoming development corridors, pricing updates, and competing channel partner frameworks.
CRM & Reporting: Update daily interaction notes, pipeline stages, and booking forecasts accurately in the company CRM system.





Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Minimum 3 months to 1 years of field sales experience in residential real estate. Experience working directly within a Channel Partner (CP) firm in Pune is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language (Marathi).
Mandatory Assets: Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory for field commuting and client site visits.
Work Schedule: Flexibility to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays are primary working days for site visits, with a fixed weekday off).
