Position title: Business Analyst Post Sales

Key Responsibilities
Manage client communication, meetings, follow-ups, and relationships.
Handle client escalations and drive issues through to resolution.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and document business requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, meeting notes, and process flows.
Own client deliverables, timelines, and commitments.
Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, Design, and Project Management teams.
Bridge communication between clients and internal technical teams.
Proactively identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and potential issues.
Manage multiple clients, priorities, and deliverables independently.





Requirements
2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Client Handling, Post-Sales, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills.
Valuable understanding of SDLC.
Solid ownership, accountability, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle challenging client situations professionally and work with minimal supervision.

Preferred
Healthcare IT / Healthcare Software experience.
Experience with international/US-based clients.
Knowledge of EMR/EHR, medical billing, telemedicine, or related healthcare technologies.
