Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the business strategy for polymer ingredients and specialty chemicals.
• Drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability across domestic and international markets.
• Develop and manage key accounts; build longterm relationships with strategic customers.
• Identify recent business prospects, emerging segments, and partnership avenues.
• Lead pricing strategy, contract discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to optimize product positioning.
• Collaborate with technical, sourcing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high performing sales and business development team.




• Develop market penetration strategies to drive expansion and increase market share.
• Ensure effective business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Preferred profile candidate

Proven experience in Chemical Sales ,specialty chemical sales Polymers Sales, Pharma Sales ,FMCG
• Experience in B2B or B2C quick learner, High energy level and positive attitude.
• Ability to self start, work independently, and drive initiatives end to end.
• Solid team leadership and teambuilding capabilities.
• Experience in crafting and executing market penetration strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stake holder management skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision making abilities
