Handle counseling, services, and sales for test preparation courses such as GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and ACT.
Understand students academic goals and recommend suitable test preparation programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and student inquiries.
Explain course offerings, fees, perks, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
Achieve assigned sales, admission, and revenue targets.
