Banking or Insurance Sales experience mandatory

Age: 20–31 years
Excellent English communication skills
BPO/Calling experience preferred
No employment gap of more than 6 months

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls for insurance sales.
Explain insurance products, features, and perks to customers.
Generate leads and acquire new customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain customer records and update call details.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Salary & Perks
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
6 Weekly Offs per Month – 4 Sundays + 2 Saturdays
On-Roll prospect with Kotak Mahindra Bank
