Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with robust Profisee MDM expertise to design, develop, implement, and support Master Data Management solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Profisee MDM and strong data engineering and BI skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Profisee MDM solutions for enterprise master data management.
Configure and manage Profisee MDM models, entities, attributes, hierarchies, business rules, workflows, and data quality processes.
Develop and maintain data integration pipelines between Profisee and various source/target systems.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, matching, merging, and deduplication.
Work with business and technical teams to define master data governance and data quality rules.
Develop data transformation and processing solutions using Python and PySpark.
Analyze large datasets and troubleshoot data quality and integration issues.
Build advanced Power BI and Tableau dashboards for reporting, analytics,



and master data insights.
Support data migration, reconciliation, testing, and production deployments.
Monitor MDM processes and resolve data-related issues within defined SLAs.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver MDM solutions.

Required Skills
58 years of experience in Data Engineering / MDM / Data Management.
Strong hands-on experience with Profisee MDM – Mandatory.
Valuable understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Governance, Matching, and Deduplication.
Strong experience with Power BI/ Tableau.
Good-to-have experience with PySpark.
Strong SQL and database knowledge.
Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data transformation.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate data requirements into technical solutions.
