Key Responsibilities
Manage retail sales of Tile Adhesive and related Construction Chemical products in the assigned territory.
Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network.
Identify and appoint current dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and applicators.
Drive primary and secondary sales and improve product availability in the market.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business prospects and strengthen market coverage.
Conduct product demonstrations and awareness activities for contractors, applicators, and retailers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability, dispatch, and customer service.
Support local promotional activities, dealer engagement programs, and market activation initiatives.




Prepare regular sales, market coverage, and performance reports.
