We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counselor / Senior Academic
Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with Doctors and
Healthcare Specialists (HCPs), understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward
the right courses and programs. This is a high-impact role that blends counseling with
consultative sales to drive enrollments and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end course promotion and sales for assigned programs
Engage with Doctors and Healthcare Professionals to understand their requirements and
recommend suitable learning solutions
Effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and perks of our courses
Achieve and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets




Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective learners to ensure a high conversion rate
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
