LEISURE TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain leisure travel packages, offers, and services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain customer details and update sales records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth bookings.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of travel and tourism is preferred.
Previous telesales or telecalling experience will be an advantage.
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.

Compensation

15,000 – 20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
