Role & responsibilities
Work closely with procurement and business teams to evaluate suppliers, assess capabilities, support commercial discussions and finalize suitable partners.
Establish a structured approach to understanding and managing supplier-related risks across financial, operational, regulatory and business areas.
Keep track of the performance of key vendors through service metrics, business reviews, governance meetings and regular performance discussions.
Act as a senior point of contact for business leaders and partner with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit and Technology teams.
Drive strategic initiatives aimed at improving supplier governance, risk management, sourcing effectiveness and operational efficiency.





Preferred candidate profile
15+ years of skilled experience, with 10+ years in Procurement/Sourcing, TPRM, Supplier Risk or Supplier Management.
Robust experience in strategic procurement/sourcing and vendor negotiations.
Hands-on understanding of Third Party Risk Management and supplier lifecycle management.
Experience dealing with critical/strategic suppliers and complex vendor portfolios.
Robust understanding of risk, controls, governance and remediation processes.
Proven experience managing and developing large teams.
