Key Responsibilities:
Handle claim intimation, registration, and documentation.
Verify policy coverage and assess claim admissibility.
Coordinate with surveyors and workshops for vehicle inspection.
Review repair estimates and validate technical accuracy.
Negotiate with garages to control repair costs.Scrutinize claim documents and identify discrepancies/fraud signals.Process claims and prepare settlement notes within TAT.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal processes.
