As a Technical Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers with their Ring devices and accounts.
You will handle customer queries through phone, chat, and email, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist customers with Ring devices and accounts
Understand customer concerns and provide effective technical solutions
Guide customers through device setup, installation, and usage
Troubleshoot issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity, device setup, and configuration
Document customer issues and resolutions accurately
Coordinate with other teams when further technical support is required
Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback for process improvement
Deliver friendly, qualified, patient, and customer-focused service

SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent communication and active listening skills




Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and internet connectivity
Interest in technology and smart home devices
Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Patience and ability to handle customers professionally
Basic typing skills - 30+ WPM
Ability to quickly learn new tools, applications, and systems
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, including evenings and weekends

ELIGIBILITY / QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, OR
Experience in a customer-facing role, OR
Candidates currently pursuing college education may also be considered
Experience using or troubleshooting technical devices will be an added advantage.
