Role & responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain employee and recruitment records.
Support onboarding and HR documentation.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/Bachelors in HR or a related field.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
