Key Responsibilities
Design HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Perform HVAC heat load calculations and equipment selection.
Prepare ducting layouts, piping designs, shop drawings, and detailed design drawings.
Prepare estimation and material take-offs (MTO/BOQ).
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, clients, contractors, and OEMs.
Obtain shop drawing approvals from clients and OEMs.
Provide technical guidance during HVAC installation and project execution.
Support site troubleshooting, identify design-related issues, and implement necessary design modifications.
Prepare as-built drawings and maintain proper drawing revisions and documentation.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and energy-efficiency standards.
Support preventive maintenance planning and continuous improvement of HVAC design practices.




Manage multiple projects while meeting quality and project deadlines.

Requirements
B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
34 years of relevant HVAC design experience.
Solid knowledge of HVAC system design, planning, and coordination.
Hands-on experience with heat load calculations, equipment selection, ducting, and piping design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant HVAC design/software tools.
Ability to troubleshoot HVAC/mechanical issues during design review and project execution.
Positive understanding of HVAC codes, safety requirements, and energy-efficiency practices.
Solid communication, documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
