Role & responsibilities :
Min 2years of experience as a Remote Support / Service Desk Engineer.
Should have hands-on experience with Outlook Configuration.
Given Remote support and ticketing tool experience.
Troubleshooting, domain, and software support.
The person will be giving centralised support to the client.
Shift - 9 am - 6 pm (Fixed shift)
Preferred - Male and Female.
Shift - Day Shift
Alternate Saturday off ( 2nd & 4th)
Language - Hindi is a must who can understand
Technical Graduate 2yrs experience considered after graduation.
