Role & responsibilities
Maintain and support existing software systems by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving defects.
Handle Incident Tickets and Change Requests effectively, ensuring minimal service disruption.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 live issue support to ensure smooth system operations.
Enhance existing systems by analysing business objectives, preparing action plans, and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
Interact with clients to manage product support activities and ensure timely issue resolution.
Research and develop expertise in current technologies; create technical specifications, documentation, and test plans.
Perform database maintenance, data migration, and server migration activities.
Manage new instance creation and configuration as required for projects or clients.

Preferred candidate profile




Experience: 1+ year in software development or application support.
Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, API and SQL Server.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application maintenance processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when required.
Eagerness to learn current technologies and adapt to evolving project needs.
Willingness to work in Shifts.
