Key Responsibilities
Assist the Floor Manager in managing daily floor operations and store activities.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Supervise, guide, and motivate sales associates to deliver solid customer service.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
Ensure proper product display, replenishment, pricing, tagging, and visual merchandising.
Maintain adequate stock availability on the sales floor and coordinate with the stockroom team.
Assist customers with product selection, queries, complaints, and service requirements.
Monitor billing counters and support smooth checkout operations during peak hours.
Conduct regular floor walks to identify operational issues and ensure store standards.
Support inventory counting, stock audits,



inward/outward movement, and loss-prevention activities.
Monitor shrinkage, damages, pilferage, and product discrepancies.
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
Prepare and share daily sales and operational updates with the Floor/Store Manager.
Support promotional activities, recent product launches, seasonal campaigns, and store events.
Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Take charge of the floor in the absence of the Floor Manager, as required.Role & responsibilities
