Role & responsibilities

The Executive HR Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day employee lifecycle processes and ensuring accurate, timely and compliant HR operations.

The role will act as an important link between employees, HRBPs, business teams, payroll and other HR functions, ensuring that employee data, documentation, HRMS transactions and HR MIS are maintained accurately and within defined timelines.

Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Employee Query Management
Exit & Full & Final Coordination
Compliance & Documentation
Process Improvement & Automation

Preferred candidate profile




Graduate in any discipline.
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
Robust knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
Experience working on HRMS / HR technology platforms.
Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to handle multiple activities and meet deadlines.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
