Key Responsibilities:-
1) Own and manage Zoho CRM, DMS, customer-facing applications, and other critical business applications end-to-end support.
2) Design and maintain integrations between these applications and SAP.
3) Coordinate with SAP functional teams/consultants, Zoho support/partners, and DMS vendors.
4) Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data consistency across CRM, DMS, customer-facing apps, and SAP.
5) Engage directly with sales, distribution, retail, and customer.
